What happens if I don’t receive my order?

Please wait 3-5 days for you order to arrive if you are within the UK and please wait 7-10 days if you order is overseas. If you don’t receive your goods after this period of time then please contact us at or call 01925 900250 and one of you customer support team will sort this out for you. Please have you order number in hand when you contact.

What if I have problems when ordering?

Some common issues that may occur when trying to order may be a result of any of the following:

  • You are using an old browser.
  • You are behind a firewall that doesn’t allow secure connections. If you speak to your administrator they can help with the problem or you will have to order from another location.

When is my card debited?

Your card will be debited at the time of the order.

What are the risks when ordering online?

All information is covered by secure connections. This means that no one can capture your details when you are ordering. Furthermore we can not view any of your card details. You are protected as this will go through as a ‘cardholder not present’.
